Engine Coupler Assembly for FIVE trains AT&T/Thomas/Brio/Whittle

  This Engine Coupler Assembly (matched truck set of 2, with magnets and wheels, 2 pivot tabs, 2 mounting screws)
is compatible with the newer style Whittle Shortline trains (not their original rubber band version), and
PERFECT for the do-it-yourselfer who wants to make their own wooden gauge toy train engines/longer cars!

This assembly is ESSENTIAL for longer cars (6"), which NEED a pivoting truck to go around smaller curves/up hills, and it's the SAME assembly that we use on our Dash-9s! (shown in photo, but not included)

The food-grade plastic in the wheels, pivot tabs, and engine body (which also protects the magnet from chipping
and breaking!) is a safer plastic! Unlike other plastics, "food grade" is used to make plastic picnic utensils.
So, while your child SHOULDN'T put trains in their mouth, this food-grade plastic keeps you safer!
I don't know of any other train manufacturer that uses food-grade plastic in their toys, or uses the
magnet cups to protect the magnets - it's an American Train & Toy exclusive!

All materials are compliant with ASTM F-963-16 material safety requirements for product safety in children's toys.
